ANOTHER Fookin Bargain!!!!!

Was walkin dog on Sat .....old pensioner round back from me was cleanin his car & My dog decided to tek a DUMP on his drive .....I Apologised & we got chattin .....Hes movin to Spain (Says hes had enought of SHIIT england!!)

So He says "yer know anyone who wants a 1999 Citroen Xantia HDi Diesel"

Me being ME I asked what he wanted fer it ........"Make me an offer" he says ......So I did

£130!!!!! (first figure that popped into me head) .....GREAT says he ..IT YOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now as certain peeps on here know .....I aint got 2 pennies to rub together .. but ....I "Plays" along & took it fer a run ..... STUNNIN!!!!!

Heres what I ended up with .....

Citroen Xantia HDi diesel 99 "V" plate

1 owner (Him) from new

Full Service History

Full set of brand new tyres (Jan 10)

3/4 tank of Diesel

10 Months MOT

8 Months Tax

58546 miles from new

Full Electric pack (Windows, seats, Sunroof)

Sounds like a bargain to me!!!!!......[Note to self "Must make Dog SHIIT in peoples drive more often!!!]

Its amazin livin at the seaside .... the amount of OAP's that "Retire" here & have cars that they only use to go fer a paper or do the shoppin in ....

My neighbour is 85 he has a Golf GTi Mk1 or 2 (95 N plate) its done 37,000 miles with FULL VW history ....owt wrong & its off to the Main Agent to get it fixed......

Seriously a mo fellas ...... it was 3/4 full when I got it on Sat afternoon I've driven it just over 110 miles ...

and the FOOKIN FUEL GAUGE AINT MOVED YET!!!!!

UPDATE!!

This just gets better!!!! the old timer has just called round to see me (****!! Thought he wanted it back!!)

He forgot to tell me his son changed the fuel pump to a Bosch so it runs on Bio/Veggie oil ATM .....

Has a 50/50 mix in at the mo ........( off to Tescos now to buy 6 litres of veggie oil (Special offer on ATM 6 litres for the price of 3 ...."£4.00"

I'm sure this old timer has Altziemers yer know ....(His family will come round & duff me over next week!!!)

I have one word for you "Spheres"

I had one of these and whilst it was the most comfortable car I have ever driven its suspension is a bag of poo when it goes wrong. Think of RR airbags and your on the right track.

Still a bargain though.
