Another dreaded seat question...

I have a pair of Saab seats to fit in the 110. Now, a question -
Obviously, this will make accessing the underseat boxes a bit of a pain. However, I could fit the rails using marine stainless hinges at the back and retained pin locking clips at the front, so I could hinge the seats backwards for access.
Does anyone know if this would still be considered secure for MOT purposes?

What do you need to get to the battery so frequently for? Fit and Anderson connector incase a jump is needed

For needing to get in, mainly because I'm still fitting a lot of kit at the moment so access into the box would be handy.
