My TD5 Disco has an Amber Active Steering Light come on when Towing my Caravan.. Its Okay and goes off when Im not Towing..Is this normal. Or is there a Problem..If so what is the Problem..Is it maybe to do with the weight of the caravan putting the steering out of balance...

are you sure it's not the SLS warning light? if you are sure that it's the ACE(active cornering enhancement)...it has nothing to do with the steering, it's an anti-roll system
the ACE warning is not normal to come on, the back pressure from the actuator could force the pressure transducer ...the SLS warning might enlight if the caravan's weight on the towbar exceeds the limit
a tester will tell you what's wrong cos there must be a fault code stored in the ECU memory if the light was on.
