I have the ACE amber light coming on after I drive for a few minutes. The Nanocom says Fault code 33-06 direction control valve fault. My copy of Rave has again corupted itself so whilst I am sure the valve is located in the Valve block under the drivers side chassis rail I would appreciate help in sorting this. Is the valve a replacable item, should one check the further to see if wiring between valve and ECU is OK? Are there further ACE Nanocom test I should carry out?
Any assistance as always would be very grateful.

Check contacts first, worth getting spares, see other thread for resistance of coils
Update and closure of thread.
The Nanocom figures for the ACE system proved to be in line with a working system, even though various fault codes were saved in the memory. Solenoids resistance values were all OK too. Clearing the fault codes and running the vehicle brought up the amber light and various saved codes again after 100 or so miles but again the system parameters were all showing a correct working system.
Changed the ACE oil and cleaned the filter on the solenoid block and after a couple of hundred or so miles (in which the Amber ACE light came on a couple more times) the system settled down and now after eight weeks and 1200 miles the light no longer comes on.
Maybe it was because I bought a replacement ACE ECU ready to shove in that the system decided to behave itself? Or maybe it just needed an oil change?
