all terrain tyre pressure?

I have just fitted some General Grabber AT2s 215/65/16 (standard size) to my 1.8 2002 Freelander.

I have done a forum search and tyre pressure recommendations vary from 26psi to 30psi. My handbook says 26 psi.

Is this the correct pressure for AT tyres?

Can't speak for General.

BFG ATs seem to do well with 4 to 6 psi extra for road use.
