Tyre Pressure - BF Goodrich KO’s - TD5

Hi everyone!

It’s so good to be back in the advice corner - you guys are the best and really appreciate it!

I have already posted a bit today regarding steering on another post which is getting some replies so thank you - but I’m just hear on this thread to check out some tyre pressure recommendations on the 03 plate TD5 90 I picked up yesterday.

BF Goodrich KO’s
LT 265 / 65 R 18
117/114R

Have attached some pictures.
As my power steering has gone a bit wonky donky which I’m hoping is due to low levels - I just wanted to make sure tyres were at correct pressures.

If anyone has these, could you be amazing and let me know what you have them pumped up to?

Mines a 2003 TD5 90 Hard Top

Tyre pressured should be around 40psi, maybe 35, deffo over 30.

Is this the same D90 TD5 you had in April 2017 ?

td5 90 HT with same tyres BFGR AT KO2 (but r16) I run at 32-35psi.

^^this, I run at 2.2 bar on my 265/75/16 bfg at's which is 32psi.

did 250 miles at weekend, motorway all good first real run on my new tyres all good.

Don't know if you are still looking for an answer.

Are you towing/hauling anything? A pickup will be lighter on the rear than other models. Also what sort of driving do you do? And how do you drive?

I'd probably start at 28psi all round and go from there. If towing/hauling I'd put more in the rear. You can also tailor how the vehicle handles by upping or lowing the pressures front to rear.
