Hi folks, quick chrismas puzzler for you....got my landy out of storage yesterday, started and drove fine but came to it this morning and the battery was as flat as a pancake, neighbour said my lights were on at 5am....BUT when i came back i switched all my lights off and went out in my other car last night and no lights on the landy when i drove past it then either....is it possible for a connection to ice over and short out, thus putting my lights on??? cheers

Last time I went laning in wales I was sitting in the pub when one of the lads foned me to say the lights on my roof bar had come on. went over and fiddled with the switches and turned em off Couldn't understand how they'd come on as the relays are wired to the highbeam feed. Went back to pub got very ****ed and about midnight got a txt saying lights had come back on and were very dim  Thought fook it and had a few more beers. Jumpstarted the disco in the morning and they've never done it since. it was very cold that night. so they've probably done the same as yours.

So yes very possible.

Ahh i spoke to the old man about it and he said the same thing, probably just ice shorting the switch out! OH well fingers crossed i can gt out and play in the snow tomorrow!

Yeah the switch is behind the dash but i got in it this morning and the gearknob was frozen, the front of the head unit and the fascia behind it was frozen aswel! Still possible you recon?
