morning all, you know a guy once said on here, i cant fix this thing fast enough, and you know after 6 years of ownership and completly rebuilding virtually everything, spending a small fortune, it seems this thing just keeps dishing out sh****t.
im nearing the end of my patience!!
so, does anybody have a decent air suspension pump that lasts longer than 3 years, now on my third,
also the air suspension lead for the hawkeye to tell the poxy brain its had a replacement part.

its all well and good buying refurbished units, but:
do they replace the armature bearings?
or the carbon brushes?
its no good just replacing liner and piston all the other parts have had equall wear,

do you all agree.

No need to tell it has a new pump, just reset any stored fault code and Robert is your mothers brother.

Try contact KurtJohnson (I am sure that is his name) on here, he usually has good pumps on the shelf....failing that, you can retrofit other compressors into the system with some thought, our American cousins are rather adept at it.

thanx mate, the most annoying thing is that this pump i have has a good liner, but its seem to have gone intermittent on firing itself up, give it a bang and it will start, which point to the carbon brushes, just stupid to have to buy a whole new unit for the sake of brushes which cost pennies.

Get some brushes and change them then.

took it apart tested with a meter seems the comm has a dead section, looks like armateur is fooked!!!!!!!!!!!
