I reckon some belts squeak, some don't .. dunno which do or don't though .. When mine squeaked I used graphite powder on it, same as you use on normal door locks, and it worked a treat till it got washed off. Since changing belts it hasn't happened again .. and that's including a year or so on SORN ..![]()

It only lubricates the outside edges, I don't put it on the insides ..
Not used it for years now ..

But the belt drives some of the pulleys from the outside edge and some from the inside...
Yu don't want lubrication ffs! Yu need friction! It's the grip that drives the pulleys on me home ****ing machine :doh:.
