Ace fluid

take my advice dont go cheap on this cos you'll suffer after that... use the dedicated PAS fluid in both as there is a small communication hole in the tank's top so what ever you use use the same kind to not mix oils...it's demonstrated that the ATF is not the best option for non of them especially not for ACE and even if they give it as an alternative they dont say to change it more often as it doesnt have the PAS fluid's qualities...so i time you dont make any economy and work more)...in mine was used only the dedicated PAS fluid and never had issues with the ACE or PAS pump, replaced it at 80k miles and now it has 150K ... i made a comparison between the specs of Dexron III and PAS cold climate fluids and there are differences in viscosity and density, and the density is very important when it comes to 135 Bar where the ACE works... everybody's choice though

iirc 4l was enough for both and even left a bit but i'm not sure anymore, i'll check and confirm later, the ACE is way below 2l anyway

unfortunately i couldnt find an official data about the amount of fluid for these...you might be OK with only 3 litres though...i can't remember as it was long ago when i did it.

Ok pal, thanks for the reply.
I'll get on and order 4l as I will need to completely bleed the ace/ pas system :)
Ohh and the clutch and the brakes, not forgetting fuel, oil ( them all ) and coolant :) best start saving ay :)

pas system wont need bleeding bar turning from l;ock to lock a few times .ace is bled back to res so no fluid loss

I know how to do the pas as it easy like you say lock to lock,
But the ace I'm not to sure.
I brought a nanocom so I could have some fun with bleading it :) and to help on the brake lines.
