My Range Rover Sport 2007 HSE occasionally pops up with a “Suspension Fault”, a turn of the key and it disappears for a while.

I checked the dynamic response fluid and it was completely empty, indicating a leak or just not being checked for a long time.

I topped it up and immediately the fluid started pouring out of the floor pan on the drivers side next to the wishbones.

Phoned up MJA 4x4, they said it sounds like a £2k+ job to get the whole roll bar replaced?!?

Question is, if I decide to not top the fluid back up… what can I expect?
I’m thinking it’s just a leaky pipe (something I need to check) and has anyone else has this similar problem.

(Fyi, after I topped up the fluid the light hasn’t come back on yet. Only drove around the block though)

You can expect the pump to fail, possibly seize, and rip your aux drive belt to shreds, which if you then keep driving will cause an overheat and no alternator output.
It's usually corroded pipework, not the ARB but it does require proper diagnosis.
It's possible to electrically disconnect the valve block if it is the output pipes leaking, not the pump flow & return. This will stop the leak but put a warning on the dash, which will allow you to (carefully) drive to a garage for assessment and repair.

To add , you need to assess where the leak is coming from, most likely pipes from the valve block to to pump and anti roll bar . Even the couplings on to the roll bar actuator .
