Look at the facts

The Jimny IS a very good off road vehicle ( James May had one in the jungle )

My mate has one and it is very capable, reliable and doesnt leak oil all over his drive ( dont be in denial, all landrovers leak oil, it was part of the design )

Just because its smaller, it wins hands down, also doesnt rust like landys do ( another part of landy design )

The plus points are all valid, however - get it in mans size and youll find its called a Mitsubishi............

Peter Andre had Jordan in the jungle...like a jimny...seems a good idea at the time..then reality sets in and you're stuck with a plastic front end and a bit of a spastic that you cant get rid of...

Serviced regular........too many former owners.........performs better on all fours..........high maintenance costs..........tends to leak after a good thrashing..........thirsty at times.........hooters are more visual than functional..........ok too look at but you really wouldnt want one yourself.......

A Jimny looks gayer than a bag of dicks, it is really its biggest let down that.

Dont feed the troll

He appears to have joined our happy little forum just to mouth off.
Probably one of the many and sadly growing number of people in this country who like to spend the day moaning about the state of the economy/balance of payments/yawn, but at first opportunity do they,
1, buy British made goods to support British jobs and therefore the whole edifice of the country.
OR
2, buy Foreign built gear because it's shiny and is cheaper.

Me I put me money where me mouth is, Yes Disco's go rusty ( mine does this regularly) but, while the Jap 4X4 take longer to start going rusty when they do it's all over very quickly :violin:
