Just to get one wing loose on my 110! and it's still held in place by one bolt at the bottom that is so rusted I'm going to have to grind it off. I've got 3 more off these to do then the job of refitting 2 of them. I was all happy too, I did the bonnets first and it was a breeze to swap them over:mad:
 
I was going to say if it was a bulkhead change you could run an angle grinder down the side of the bulkhead.

I would try and get a socket on an extension bar onto the bolts, and then gently tap them with a 1lb hammer 50 odd times to crack the rust off.

You could also try and get a wash of WD40 or the like down the door pillar (it is possible by taking the bonnet stop bung out and parking at funny angles).

4 1/2 hours ....:eek: i know children that can do it quicker ..:rolleyes:
