300tdi tuning

hey! just joined the forum and could do with some advice. i have a disco 300tdi and it just has no power. i bought it brand new and the power has always been on the low side. now its only done 40,000 since new and it is serviced every year. what are the easiest ways to get more power of it? ive been looking at bigger intercoolers, but is this the best way to go?

When I had one the first things I did were to get rid of the cat pipe and blank the EGR. K&N filter then added a bit more power. relatively cheap mods too.

It's a Discovery not a race car, but all the above work fine, try changing the fuel injection ratio etc that should help.
