8.13 was about too and seems to be a common RR engine according to the numbers on page

thinkin range rovers most the efi's in the uk were 9.35:1 looking at rimmers it may be low as

I am guessing marks is from a disco by his name, so need to check

Only EFi I could see that could be it was

Could be either or then I suppose given that they're both EFI

Presume the one you posted may be auto as that would need a little more grunt that manual ? Didn't see that when I was looking on the numbers

if it is 8.13:1 he should put some better pistons in while its apart as they cant be much more than 140 bhp the same as in my 72 rrc lol

yeah, I am sure they only did the low comp for markets where petrol quality is crap otherwise its just robbing horsepower for no reason.

when i do it up on the crank it seizes solid, the shell is fine as i checked it in another conrod and another shell in the problem one, also on another crank position.
