200TDI swap etc...

Tried searching for it and didn't find another topic (unless I'm proven otherwise).
Thinking of sticking a 200TDI in the series 3 88" petrol, what would it entail, I know the obvious stuff like altering fuel lines and the electrics for the engine, but the smaller stuff, also just to clarify, the engine mounts from a disco 200tdi engine and a the series 3 are the same are they not?
Anyone else done this before who could give some pointers?
