200tdi heater removal

This is probably the only thing i have not done on a 200 disco, probably for good reason!
am an experienced mechanic but any tips from anyone who has done this before would be of great help.
blower motor has seized and probably melted the wiring as it stank for a few days, our customers dont like being cold!
