Fellow Tratterers,

I tried to bleed the box earlier today and couldn't get anything out of the nipple. Removed it, leaked fluid everywhere noticing it was a bit passed its best.

Looking on the Oracle it suggests part RTC4395, but that doesn't look right. The nipple fits a 10mm spanner, where I thought it was meant to be a 13?

Any suggestions?
 
Fluid only comes out when the steering is turned 1 way.
10mm for the bleed.bit of clear pipe back into the reservoir to see any bubbles or if you want to change the fluid.?
Normally turn left then right & PAS bled.

I had a similar issue with a slave cylinder I replaced a few years ago. It was a new cylinder and I couldn’t get anything out of the bleed nipple. I swapped it for the one from the old slave, and it bled up fine. I wonder if yours is seized like mine was.
