Hi, I have tried searching, but not found what I am looking for. I am trying to replace the top bushes on the rear shocks on my 110. I have managed to get the 1 piece bushes out, but have tried unsuccessfully for 6 hours to get the new ones back in. Is there a 2 piece bush available as a replacement, or can I simply cut the 1 piece bush in half to fit it?

OK then with a little help to hold stuff in place, try again with another smaller socket or drift placed on the end of the bush, make sure the outer end of the bush is free of wd40.
Thanks for all the advice mate, but I have given up on the :censored: things now! My workbench is situated outside, and it has now started ****ing down with rain, making things even harder. I have just ordered a new pair of shocks with the :censored: awkward :censored: already fitted.

I've got a polybush shock kit, and found out that Terrafirma top rear shock bushes were fixed in and different  so I've got those left over, and spare Flo-Flex suspension bushes because I bought the full kit off them when I changed my rear axle a few months back, can't say they've made any difference to anything though  just seemed pointless to put standard rubber one back, Poly's, however, are much easier to replace than rubber ones
