haha. if it only that easy

just done my facelift conversion to my 2002 last week.

its a days work at least.

need a new bumper, new lights, headlight mounting brackets, wheel arch liners, new washer bottle and pumps, headlight connectors, front bumper reinforcement bar, new front grille...and theres more ! cant remember !

and it requires cutting of the body work with and angle grinder !!! :p

and some electrical knowledge to connect the new lighting plugs
not just a simple change the lights as they dont fit

It's an identical formula with any forum that somebody joins for help...

You get one helpful person who doesn't mind sharing a bit of knowledge with somebody who, if new the answer, wouldn't be asking...

And the one who sits and waits all evening for someone to ask a question he knows the answer too but decides being nob about it will make him feel better about himself...

Ideal, thanks for that ill get rid of them, and the touch screen satnav!
sounds like a lot of work, be easier to just change the car after Xmas!
:D

dont take any notice of the kids :D:D:D

I think i had the same come to me when i joined the forum lol

you get used to it

well if your changing the car then not to worry, but i planned on keeping mine and changing to a facelift, but done the facelift for £1500 - so a lot cheaper than the 6 grand extra to get the facelift model

no need to buy a facelift now :D

Thats LandyZone - a thick skin is needed at times - but the wealth of knowledge is second to none on here...!!

fullfatrr.com is more geared towards the L322, but is not as popular and replies don't come as fast!!

No problem, if you want to know what size of tyres to fit to 20" wheels feel free to ask. :D:D:D

You are only talking to him because you have an L322 bloody snob. :D:D:D:p:p

:p:D But I still have a love in my heart for my 3 previous P38's and my 2 Classics.

As Admiral Kirk once said Tony 'Now now Scotty, Young Minds - Fresh Ideas, be tolerant...':)

Or as a famous person once said, "Young minds, no knowledge, bad ideas". :D:D:D

Ye I know where your coming from, it's just a car to me, but my mate got involved saying "oh you can put the newer headlights on that" and "I'm sure you can put the newer satnav in that!" Get on one of those landrover forums they'll show you how to do it! £700 later and it doesn't look like either is going to happen! So he'll be going in the hurt locker when I see him next! :D

But seriously thanks anyway!
