Tonight my 3 Gauges went out, after I moved another wire that had a small 4 inch piece of strip light which illuminates under the small 4x4 gear stick all fitted by the PO.
The Gauges came on every time the Ignition was turned on.
Anyway it stopped the Blower too which is wired to a separate switch for some reason or another, this has an Inline fuse which is OK, As are the main fuses, , took the front of the Pod off and all wires seem OK, but just will not come back on. Don't have a clue where to look as Im no good with electrics at all. The CB does not work now either, think they must be all connected.
Any Ideas Anyone., ??

No idea but you need to chase the wires back as it sounds as though they were fitted to an ignition live wire.

Fuses are a good place to start but that will only tell you which circuit they jacked for the power.

Checked fuses and they are OK, The Blower works from its own switch, don't know why. but it has gone off with Gauges.

Not sure where to look for Earth but will have a go Tomorrow.
Gauges went out? What exactly does that mean.
All the earths are common, but there are wiring earthing points in the vehicle they may be iffy, behind the kick panel on both side is a good starting point, then any wires that are obviously not original, mane notes to remember from where its start and finish up, start one at a time to identify what is then missing after temporary disconnecting that wire.
The bottom line is u have an issue that can’t be identified unless u have ‘hands on’ and a bit of electrical knowledge.

They would light up and needles move everytime ignition was turned. Now nothing,

Sometime, for those who admit to knowing nothing about electrics, the best course of action is to take it to a garage. Many a car fire is caused by incompetent electrical bodges.

Bit Further forward, Its this box in Pic. Or one of the wires, When 1 and 2 are arced/ touched together with screwdriver the Blower comes on, when 2 and 3 are joined together the Blower AND Dials come on tyogether, The Blower is wired to its own switch, and Dials were working off Ignition. Any Ideas from this??
. Number 14 looks OK Should of tried a new fuse though just in case.

That looks like a relay, can you take a pic of the top or sides, some numbers and a diagram ...

Like this ...

Standard relay, can you trace the trigger wire?

Looks like they have used the relay as a means of triggering both the blower and the lights.
What is the Trigger wire Mate ? The lights on Dials came on regardless averytime ignition was switched on, Only used the Blower from on/ off Switch when needed.
Is there a better way to do this ?

+1 ^^^^^ also check it electrically or by swapping it with another of same spec, you cannot always see the damage! Also, with ignition switch to last position before "start" put a meter (about £10 from Screwfix or similar) with the probes set to DC voltage, from each pin in the fuse's plug while the other (negative or black preferably) stuck to a good earth, like a pedal. If you get a feed of over 12 volts from one of them, you know you have 12 volts feed, and if the fuse is OK then you have a break in the wire, between the fuse and all the other stuff it is connected to.
Here is a link to simple basic auto electrics since you said you were a bit dodgy with electrics
EDIT, I started writing this awhile ago! But the last bit is still valid, if not the rest. but it does look like you might have a dodgy relay, which you could test by swapping it for another that handles the same power. Others more familiar with 200tdis will know which ones, I don't have a 200tdi.
Good hunting!

So could it just be a Faulty Relay ? Will try a new one tomorrow, My engine is 300Tdi

Good to know o_O... so not the vehicle from your profile ... we'll have to guess now the year too cos up to '95 was a different electrical setup than post 95 ... sorry, i can't help myself when i see such indolence when somebody asks for help without trying to help the potential helper... just ignore me like i will ignore you from now, too bad i was stupid enough to spend about 30 minutes from my life to check '90 year 200tdi diagrams trying to find an explanation for your problem.

Pin 86, usually the odd one out as all the other pins line up in one direction.
