Sorry if posting in wrong place.
Clearing out and tidying up.
I have an EAS pump and a complete ABS unit : I also have a number of rear light units all spare and all free for the cost of postage. Can't remember their state of functioning. You should presume in need of refurbishment but available for spares.
I am not prepared to strip down to extract any spares but complete units available for cost of postage.
Happy to send pics

I have also found a brand new unused hose for oil cooler : don't know if top or bottom along with two steel compression joints : I was thinking of a mod at one time but never did it. All available for cost of postage.

You got rid of your P38?
Nope...she's still in the garage : I'm just getting too old to lie under it ! It's SORN'd right now. All my warning lights are lit up but everything is working ! starts first tweak and suspension rises without problem. I can't get my diagnostics to talk to the car : I've got the OBD socket exposed and it seems OK but not yet fully checked. There must be a fault in there. I'm going to try to deal with that myself then I'm giving it in to a local "expert" to give it a thorough once over. I think my turbo pipes have delaminated.....but that's just a guess.....until it warms up it couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding.

If its been wrapped up a while good dehumidifying always does wonders. Mine took while for electronics to start behaving, they just started working the more I used it.

There is one other little thing when diagnostics won’t communicate if not the plug - like a fuse or something simple? Grrr will know

Not me guv. Wammers question. The ODB does have a fuse but cannot remember which - check RAVE. Often it is corroded and some electrical contact cleaner does the job. If you look at the back it is sometimes a green mess.

Search bar says ‘try again later’?:(
Some good news & some not too bad news ! Good news is that there is a brand new unused blue pipe with it.
Badish news is that I couldn't find a box to fit and had to make up a heath-robinson package...then ran out of tape so didn't get it in the mail. It will go in the mail tomorrow.
Not the prettiest of parcels but secure enough.

Have some fun. Pad it out to look like a giant dildo in bubblewrap. That should cause a stir in the Valleys.

If no one else has already dibbsed, the wife could probably do with your ABS unit. She says pretty please with sugar on top, even offered to bake you a cake.

The ABS unit is yours but I'm pretty useless at doing "pretty" : I'm still working on the dildo.....except that didn't sound right. Would it help if I put a couple of spoonfuls of sugar in the motor ?
Send me a PM or whatever you do these days to let me know where to send it. It might take me a couple of days because I'll need to get a suitable box....unless I just put a stamp on the ABS unit.

The last bulky part I got online came in an load of cornflakes boxes taped together and wrapped around before more tape. The postie probably hated it, but I was too busy being impressed.

I think sugar is how you get ants though. And the dildo comment threw me for a while. I thought I was on the wrong forum... or the right one. ;)
