Don't trust him. He'll have eaten the lot and claim it melted and escaped during transit. Midget Gems don't melt. Just picture them and imagine the taste explosion on your tongue.

The 4.6 is the 4.0 just stroked..

Liner issues depend on the block and how it's been treated..

The Block cracks behind the liner and the block "shrinks" away from the liner, 'tis most apparent when hot when the ally contracts and pulls away.. " Tap Tap Tap " ;) Not all suffer this issue mind you!!

To negate this issue the cooling system has to be maintained to a high standard, overheating this motor isn't an option,

LPG if fitted correctly won't affect the motor, my 38a has had some form of LPG on it since 2003, starting out with a BRC system - which eventually morphed into an AC-Stag system, original engine and original gaskets.

Stupid question but how come the old 3.9 EFi engines didn't seem to have any of these issues?

Sounds like a bidding war has started
Shame it will all be out of date by the time I ever think of selling:)

This is year 2000. Shouldn't it have the colour coded rear bumper in that year? Chassis has more rust than mine and mine is way older. Not a bad price at the moment though.

No colour coded bumpers on my MY2000, but then it's a DHSE not a Vogue.:D

I quite like it yes a little rusty, they all are surface rusted. Bumpers grille look like they’ve had no treatment - good sign it’s not tarted up and genuine original condition as opposed to hiding something for quick buck.

Not colour coded on my 2001 vogue either.

That looks like a reasonable punt with those low miles, but what’s reserve? Is the big question.

It has the Oxford leather, so there is that going for it ;)

Do you measure in GPM's, you would if you drove a 4.6 the way I drove my weasel

foot to the carpet with a loaded 3.5t trailer on the back she still pulled clean and quick, not too fast mind you across a farm track through a field ;)

The V8 however doesn't need to be worked hard to move ;) :D
