Wanted Wanted - anyone got any knackered 110 CSW sills in their shed?

Im after some ropey (ie cheap) 110 sills / posts to repair mine.

Im in a catch 22, where ive got to do the bulkhead feet, outriggers and sills all at the same time on mine by chopping through where the previous owner has welded everything together.

Ill need to fabricate the bulkhead end of the sills (well, on mine, box section that was welded to the bulkhead feet) and what i really want is a knackered set to use as a pattern to repair mine.

I dont care how knackered they are, so long as i can take good measurements from them.

Anyone replaced theirs, and not thrown out the old ones yet?

I have my old ones. They are from a 110 CSW. They are straight, but heavily corroded along the top. They still have the rear most, lower part of the C post on. I would rather not mess around with postage to you, but I can get you a load of measurements if you want?

I have mine the U channel which bolts to the feet is fine...… Just in the middle of replacements now.. I also have an immaculate replacement from YRM if you want that measuring..

Having to cut through the foot here to reduce its height as the moron who welded my outriggers on before my time didn't measure them.

I have replaced mine with the YRM parts too. Make sure you measure twice before you settle on the final placement before welding anything. The marks scribed on the YRM ones were around 3-4mm out from what my original ones measured. I’m guessing that would have been significant with the doors fitting or not.

What I'll do is take some photos of what I have, and you might be able to advise me on dimensions. Basically I'm going to have the bare end of a bit of box section where the A post / bulkhead foot should attatch. So I need to fabricate the bracket thing at the end, but this will need to not be too long or too short, else it will push the bulkhead out.

I have no reference from the outriggers either, else I'd just put the new bulkhead on and do it that way.

Having to cut through the foot here to reduce its height as the moron who welded my outriggers on before my time didn't measure them.

I have new outriggers tacked onto place, using the bolt hole on the existing bulkhead as a reference, but I don't much trust that even, as there was more body filler than metal in the outriggers, and the whole lot may well have moved about in the past.

I'm also putting on a new (2nd hand, hot dipped) bulkhead, so that may be out too.

Wondering if a better way to do it might be to put the new bulkhead on, put the doors back on and then weld the bracket on the end of the sill? I mean it might all be out, but if its all out by the same, does it matter?

Don't forget to Allow a few washers to shim the bulkhead for the door gaps in the future.
Do you still have the brackets(on chassis)that bolt to the foot wells this will also help for position.

Just putting dipped bulkhead on & putting truck cab & doors on for true fit before bolting down bulkhead fully.

In follow up -

I went out to remind myself of the siruation, but no photos yet -

Whilst I thank people's for offers of measurements, I would really feel more comfortable just having a template to copy. I have so little to reference, and the sills have been replaced with box in the past, that it would make my life so much simpler just to take the whole lot off, lay them against a known good set (even if that set is full of holes - just so long as its the right length etc!) and adjust mine to match.

Sadly even buying yrm parts won't get me there, so a used set for s template is really what I'm after.

I know it's possible from a list of numbers, but it would be a damn site easier from a template!

Pity they don't have the stubs of the c posts on them but they would certainly give me most of what I need.
