Only way, other than fabricating a patch, is to consider finding a non rusty bodyshell at a breakers and having the offending piece cut off, then getting a pro to stitch it into yours.

Only aftermarket I can see are inner sections, and I replied in a similar thread recently that it may be worthwhile contacting this company, if they get enough requests for the repair panel then it may spur them into action to supply i.
It's common enough that they rust badly as it remains largely unseen if you don't open the rear doors often, and the seal traps dirt and moisture.

Morning does anybody know where I can get the drivers side rear arch repair trim from ? It has rusted pretty bad inside the door shut.. Cheers
Hi I had mine repaired in January both sides plus the sills it was not cheap at about £1000per side this was done by the local land rover specialst. There are no of the self repair panels available it has to be hand fabricated, apparently they have seen a lot of early L322s with this problem, mine is an 05 l322 plus you will have to repaint affeted areas this can be between £500 to £1000 . You may want to get it up on a ramp and checked out if the rear arch has gone check the jacking point as th water and road dirt will flow down over this , sorry to sound like the voice of doom but I look at it as one of the joys of range rover ownership

I need to do this repair on both sides of my 4.4 V8
Does any one know off hand what the original material thickness and spec was so i can buy the right material to make repair panels before I pull the car apart to cut metal out?
