Made a bracket for the Provent today, its about as pretty as a dead racoon but hey it works. Made out of some scrap 2mm ali and bolted into the washer bottle support and a little bracket I made on the wing.

Chose this spot as its the most open and closest to the various inlets/outlets so less lengths of hoses. Also close to the turbo so there is the potential to tap into the turbo oil return in the future.

Turbo still hasnt arrived :mad::mad:

Will have to rebook CSK if it doesnt arrive tomorrow!

Sounds bloody awesome as well!

Ill try and sort one out tomorrow! Go no GoPro or anything but ill try and use an old phone under the bonnet!

Currently running a mere 14psi, dont want to jack it up until the IC is fitted, at that point ill go to about 19psi (just before over boost)

I think the supplied 'fabric' oil return gasket may have failed though, shall double check tomorrow!

Got a boost box to wire in as well at some point...

We had A LOT of rain last night! First night the 110 has been left out the garage, found a few leaks!

Drivers footwell - Not too bad, looks like its coming from the hinge area

Rear footwell - Absolutley soaked! I think its coming in from the rear window and surround areas. Especially the right side, the carpet is sodden.

Looks like ill be getting the sealant gun out!

As I suspected, lost fair bit of articulation. The tyres bottom out on the wheel arch an inch or so before hitting the bump stop.

The plan is to fit Terrafirma +2 Big Bore shocks coupled with TF Med Load springs, which should lift it by about an inch (once the cage/bumper etc is fitted).

Now with that set up will I need to fit extended bump stops too? Which seem pretty pricey! If so would it be possible/wise to fit a spacer inbetween the standard bump stop and the chassis, effectively extending it?

At this point theres about 20mm or so before the tyres hit the wheel arch.

I always prefer bumpstop spacers vs extended bumpstops.
You have the Terrafirma TF515 1" spacers.
There are also 2" spacers from the Portuguese 2Inch brand

Sorry chaps didnt get any videos of the turbo as spent the whole day sealing up the back end! I think what is happening is the water is filling up the load space then seeping inside. Along with leaking in through the rear window.

So been round with sikaflex and sealed up everywhere I could possibly see where water may come in. Hopefully slowed if not stopped the leaks! Wishful thinking i know! But I did get my 90 pretty water tight!

Off to CSK tomorrow for chassis clean and dintrol! It needs it!

33" tall but got 30mm spacers so they are about to touch where the original arch would have sat.

Yes, makes sense.
My 255s on Wolfs, stock HD suspension and 30mm spacers gets really really close of the eyebrow on full articulation, but make no contact on body/chassis/wheel well. Yours should be 24mm further out.
If your problem is rubbing on the eyebrow, don't forget that the axle kind of pivots on the bumpstops. I think the extended or spaced bumpstops are more of a solution for body rubbing than for the eyebrows

Dropped off at CSK for some Dintrol. Always nice to see that big 6x6!

Did start work on my underseat storage box since I found out the insane price of retro fitting tip forward rear seats (£500+:eek:)

Started with a 20L Really Useful extra strong box, cut the handles off and trimmed down the sides.

Covered with foam to stop tools and such from rattling

*just* fits underneath the rear seats and fits far enough back to not encroach in the footwell. Though I might trim the back down a little so it can sit a bit further back. Half spray as I ran out of paint...

Happily holds all my recovery gear (straps, strops, shackles etc..), winch gloves, full set of jump leads, Hi-Lift accessories, maglite, cable ties, small First Aid kit, some rope and bungees. Going to be fitted on some drawer runners so it neatly slides in and out. Though I will wait to fit it properly until I lay some Fatmat save fitting and pulling it up again.

Got a load of vouches/ebay discounts come through today so did some shopping! Bought the rest of the suspension and a few other bits!

+2 TF Big Bore Front Shocks
TF Medium Load Front & Rear Shocks
Gywn Lewis Std Height Suspension Turrets
HD Securing Rings
TF Spring Retainers (current ones are a little nakered)
Pipercross Filter
Stack Boost gauge

Saved about £150 all in all so worth doing, even if it is just before Xmas :D

'Ere Bankz, what are you doing with your old springs? I'm going to need four temporarily until I know my corner weights and get some made. I stupidly chucked my old ones, so if you're doing likewise...
