badly adjusted headlights really **** me off.

Yeah me too

Ssssshhhhhhhhhhhhh. Just tilt them down :)

You need to listen to your own advice. When you were following me the other night i was going to tell you but i forgot.......They are blinding mate, i had to dip me interior mirror cos i couldnt see ****. ;) just so you know, before the old bill tell you orft. :D

My general assumption of HID's are they are very good at being bright but very few retro fitted ones are adjusted correctly.

badly adjusted headlights are high on my list of anoying driving habits, along with people not indicating. :)

Sorry :(
I could see the reflection in your rear window, i do need to listen to my self as i have not yet tilted mine down or put the correct lenses in. will get on to it :)

Ill let you follow me next time lol, the difference in light output was amazing to see as i could see your yellow type bulbs where not half as bright mine, but they have there pro and con's as proven above.

Also did you manage to your side light fixed ?

until vosa or traffic officer check the production date and inspection sticker and find it was post 2012.;)

But you can replace like for like, if they were fitted before and you broke one you could replace with an HiD as the original conversion was before the law change, the law is to come inline with the EU, in the UK VOSA are not really to bothered by it, they don't want a lot of the new laws as its taking away something that is very British, making stuff in sheds!

The problem is most of the ones on ebay and the like aren't 'E' marked.

Due to chavs racing around public carparks Vosa and Traffic plod do like to have purges on exhausts, lights, tyres etc.

All
I plan to fit a DID headlamp kit to my 2001 TD5 defender, therefore I need to disable the dim dip function on the headlamp as it would mess up the HID kit.
Does anyone know what to do to disable this function:confused:
Thanks

Have you got self levelling suspension? Headlight washers?
