First stop is to check you haven't disturbed the wires for the temperature transducer etc,

Scotch locks cut into the insulation and the wire. When you removed them did you break the copper conductors, ???

Very similar to rivnuts, but ya don't need the tool to fit them .. Rivnuts are probably much cheaper though and made of aluminium so won't rust..

My rangie floor is 85% air vents. 15% rust.. Will be getting 2 disco floors and a sheet of 1.2mm mild steel and lots of cutting disks and cutting the floor out and starting again.. It's nothing compared to my sons zuk sj410.. Can't wait to get stuck in...

The rave cd contains to much data to put in an email.. I have 3 rave cd's but not sure what is on each..

If mud and water gets past the seals, so will the grease / oil leak out, so that's a non starter..

The rave disk I downloaded is all American and a lot of stuff is wrong...
