Fuel Guage light - Help please

Noticed tonight that the dash light on my fuel guage is broken.

Any hints on how to change it and what the replacement bulb specs are?

Don't really fancy dismantling the dash......

I know - the chassis will be next.....might as well scrap it now!

I like keeping it all going though and its going to annoy the t^ts off me till its fixed....

Just a lamp most likely- unscrew clocks pull straight to avoid breaking speedo . Unclip speedo cable and the bulbs should be capless in holders

None of the lamps work in my dash, dread replacing them, just know the sds and abs lights will stay on lol

Found this website http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk it says 286 bulbs but I had a rover 800 (same type of dash) and if I remember there was also 501s (side light bulbs)

Don't fit 5w capless as 3w capless required or gauge illumination will melt
