    New drop links and a bump stop on the S2 Disco. Stupid question... Why are there no flats on the ball joint side of the drop link. Makes getting the rusty ones off a right bugger. Had to get the hack saw out and cut them both off.... New ones have flat spots (17mm) all greased up and done...

My confusion is that there appears to be 2 options and I don't know, (till I take it off) whether or not there is a left handed thread on the track rod end. I don't want to take the old one off till I have the new one in my hand to save down time...

    Hmmmmm me thinks the motor factor option might be the safer bet. Looking for the track rod end there is talk of left handed threads or right handed. why does the Haynes manual not help, Off side track rod end, left or right handed thread??? Thanks guys
