Hi guys, I have a gear box issue and think the easiest way is to swap the box. I will need to take out the old box swap the transfer box to the replacement box and then fit it. Is this a straight forward job or can expect issues. Is it unbolt swap, bolt in new box?

I've just changed my wheels. I've replaced the standard steels with eight spokes. The nuts, apart from a little rusty, don't screw on as far as they did with the standard steels. I gather this is due to the new wheels being thicker. Is this normal/safe?

I'm not replacing the shock. Just the turret to pass the MOT.

The nut is fine, I just want to know the best way to keep the shock from spinning so that I can undo it.

Hi, I have to do a similar job. The top nut, it's nyloc, will it come undone with an impact wrench (air) or is there a way to hold the shock still to undo the nut?

Ok, before I start pulling it apart are there any common faults? Everything else seems ok but when I switch the headlights from low to high beam, the lights go off. I've swapped the switch for a spare but no change. Any ideas? Cheers.
