Hi guys. I have a rear height sensor that is on its way out so I'll need to replace it. On the off chance, does anyone have a set of height blocks that I can borrow / hire for a weekend? Obviously I'll pay postage etc. 200 quid for a new set seems mad! Anyway PM me if you think you can help...

Yes know exactly where you were! Used exactly the same technique! My tip for getting the top clip back in was to tape it to a long screwdriver!

Completed the replacement of all the air springs and Boge shocks - piece of mind for the next few years from that point of view!

Hi folks Freesh from my sucess with the front bags yesterday I am doing the rears. I have the clips out but the top end of the bag seems stuck! Its there anything else holding it apart from the "R" clip? Any advice gratefully received!

Fitted new front air springs and Boge shocks. Rears to be done tomorrow.

Just to complete the thread. This has turned out to be a failed rear wheel sensor. Diags did not locate it trial and error won the day!

It's a 2001 4.6. Ok the losing communications above 1.6 is useful to know. Thanks. I'm not sure how to identify C or D. The ABS ECU is SRD100501

Hi I have had an intermittent issue where the ABS / TC lights come on and have tried to diagnose this but without sucess. More recently I can feel the the brake "pumping" when I break, but as soon as I get the ABS/TC lights this stops so I am guessing all related. I have done the following...

Amazon do a automotive stethoscope for about 6 quid. Just bought one to narrow a 'noise' down from underneath somewhere!

Can you link to the guide as this is next on my list for access to the sunroof drains. With the sun visor 'clips' did you manage to access the screw without breaking them? Any other advise for all the 14 year old plastic bits?
