Yep all was working before I changed it, reason it was changed was it was starting to weap fluid.

Afternoon, put a reconditioned vcu on at the end of August, (54 plate td4) first time off the tarmac today and front wheels spinning out but nothing from the back wheels, i.e no 4wd, should note it was on a grass field on a incline, what’s your thoughts on this one gents.

I have just got a reconditioned vcu, it doesn't have bolt holes for the damper like my old one did, dose it matter about the damper or dose it need it?, its for a 55 plate TD4. Cheers
