can anyone help?, rough idle and engine trying to shake the car to bits, its ok first thing in the morning but after that it’s painful, when pulling away at junction its stugles to pick up but when it gets going it’s fine, plenty of power, have done fuel filter, lower tie bar, all plugs to sensors with wd40, clutch last june and injectors 18 months ago, both fuel pumps 3 years ago, all advice appreciated.

How do the othe engine mounts look? What year is it and what engine?
They look ok, 54 plate, Td4, sits all night next morning its fine for the 15-20 miles, after its been stopped and started again after 3-4 hrs it turns into the devil .

I would take it to a local land rover place and see if there are any codes it might cost £20 but at least you will find out what is wrong and quick. What area do you live there might be somebody close by with a code reader

usually uneven idling is due to the fuel rail pressure sensor
