    sorted!!!! replaced the pump and tensioner as when checked properly there was a bit of play in tensioner pulley bearing and when turning the pump by hand with belt off it was quite notchy

    LOL.... you would think so but just found out needs swivel pin and bearings replaced. as when i took it my local 4x4 garage they checked/adjusted wheel bearing on N/S/F and found that it needs doing :(:(:( so may aswell get him to put new wheel bearing kit in at same time .....:censored::censored:
