Disco 2 Fitting new TD5 timing chain guides - how hard?

hi, you dont have to remove the sump, just be careful you dont break the sump gasket when you remove the timing cover.it can all be done by just removing viscous fan, rocker cover, crank pulley and timing cover. its a fairly straight forward repair.

    Disco 2 Front Cossmember Bolts

you dont need to take the cross member off to get the sump off. if you are only changing the pump bolt and your sump gasket is ok you can do that by just dropping it down.

    Disco 2 Identifyig coolant leak

that is the main coolant pipe from the back of the water pump. if you take it off you may find a build up of crap on the metal pipe or it may be corroded or you could just replace the hose clip with a jubilee clip (if you are lucky).

    Tow bar fitting instructions

it is as easy as that, everything is pre drilled. hope you had all the bolts and electrics. the tow bar electric connector is behind the o/s/r lamp, just plug in and go. should only take an hour tops.

Disco 2 I need to stop reading about LR's. (TD5 Oil Pump Bolt)

hi haystacks, i know everybody says take the crossmember off. you dont have to. drop the offside trackrod off and just pull it over to one side then jack the body up(i put the jack under the front cross member) and the sump will come off.

WRONG. in september this year was driving up a fairly steep hill locally and heard a high...
