just wondering if any one else has had to put in spacers to get the power steering belt to fit and allow adjustment. I had to put in two bolts to space out otherwise the belt would just hand loose on full adjustment of the pump. This is a 200 tdi defender engine not a discovery engine swap.

clutch pedal has lost pressure till about the last quarter of travel, have put a new clutch in march approx 10.000klm use, replaced masterr cylinder in may when the old one started to leak. theres no sign of leakage at the slave cylinder any thoughts on possible causes of pressure loss, cheers

drained the gear box and transfer box oil , put some new oil in canny believe what a differance its made to me 90, easier gear change and seems to pull a bit better. well chuffed :D

took the injector oot my 200 tdi engine and know there is copper washers to refit when they go back in. I take it these fit between the main/ thickist part of the injector body and are not the copper washers that are on the base of the tip.
