My ABS light (300tdi) is about 50-50 on or off. If it turn off after a few metres of driving the first braking feels like the typical ABS hard braking sensation but to a lesser degree. After that all is fine. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I have checked fuses and all is ok...

I haven't used the beast for 4 weeks. I went into my garage and a large (4 foot diameter) puddle was lurking. I am unsure as to whether a pipe, power steering pump or box is the culprit. Any ideas? Much appreciated.:confused:
