hi does anybody know how i can find a registration from just the engine number?? i had a 200tdi put in but dont have any proof of reciept as lost it ;-(, and i want to sell the landy but need to change log book eng num but they wont if cant prove engine not stolen etc... any ideas how i can...

hi tightened my bearings up on the rear wheels the other day and found that when put back together i have about 4 or 5mm play in and out on my half shaft. is this right as manual says end float should be 0.2mm. is this refering to same thing and if so whats wrong?? :confused:

hi i got a swb 90 and the rear wheels i can move by grabbing hold of them at the top an shaking, there is excessive play and dont know where from. any ideas please? its both rear wheels!!! cheers :cool:

im baffled, i have looked evrywhere on here and most people say that oil in inlet manifold is breather issue or turbo passing oil, mine is fine but stil getting alot of oil in there?? doesnt smoke when warm but get few puffs of blue on cold start up. what else will it be apart from turbo and...

when i had my 200tdi engine put in, the mechanic said he put brand new clutch in, he showed the bite point when i picked her up and it was at the bottom, but now it up near the top after only driving it a cpl of months? is this normal and need adjustment or have i been sold another donkey :confused:

anybody bought a swingaway from these? just curious to know if any good or not?

Rite have studied ticking noise and this is low down.. it does it when staionary with accelerator down, it does it when goin along with accelerator down or off, it stops if put clutch in and accelerator off goin along road, any ideas now?? Could this stil be hgf?

i have mention this before but didint get to much input and i have also done research on here, and found that ticking noise is symptom of head gasket which worrys me as im coming to end of 3mnth warranty garage gave me when done conversion. what can i do to check if it is the head gasket with...

and any other bits i may need to swap as i got 200tdi with 19j bits on...:(
