    Omega TD engine

    I can confirm that you have to swap injector number 4 (refit the original RR injector) to get the engine function properly. You don't need to refit the diesel pump. If not the engine will malfunction and make hammering noise and vibrate as described in my earlier post

    I'm currently fitting a 95' 2.5 Omega engine to my 96' Range Rover. The plugs for the pump on the Omega and RR are exactly the same. As far as I know the Omega pump does not have a immobiliser. I hopefully will have the engine fitted this weekend and will post whether or not the pump is working...
