    td5 gearbox ,transfer box leak

That will be your input seal then! Common for them to leak if they have been knocked on refit! also if the surface hadn't been cleaned properly before the seal was replaced. I disagree, silicone is great for stopping leaks and yes you can fit it between the two (t/box and g/box) I do it all the...

If what you meant was the door ''wouldn't'' open then... You Need to completely seal your transfer box, remove your t/box and change the input seal (G/box to T/case) also change the 'O' rings on your Int shaft, and take the sump off the box and clane the surfaces up and seal it using Silicone but let it cure for a couple of hours before adding oil...

    Violent Shaking - Please Help!!

    Insurance for young driver

When it come's to insuring cars I've found that not letting them know everything is the best way and just make sure you drive properly and don't force accidents upon yourself if you're raggin your motor in a field or ragging it around the rooads. I'm 18 and have a '03 Defender 90 but with a 300...

Questions about buying our first landy.

I think you're all taking this too personal... In all circumstances, it's not hard to blow 20K on tools, you could spend that easily. I think I've got a few grand of tools sat in my tool box, bearing in mind it's all snap-on but it's not a big tool box either. As I've said before you look in...

Questions about buying our first landy.

20K's worth of tools maybe over a space of 30 years of accquiring them a bit of a time, You'll need an adjustable spanner, a cracker bar, and maybe a hammer, most things on a Land Rover can be fixed with them if you have no tools, Land Rover's are simple cars. But seriously just a couple of...
