200 or 300? That is the question....

Really not that much in it for me. My old 200 seemed to have the power lower in the revs compared to the 300 i've got now, dont know if that'll change after i've done the EGR removal and de-cat thats sat waiting to go on. Aside from that its a coin toss.

    Help removing locking wheel nuts

Crap garage if they cant even do that! Forget the old socket trick cause ya'll need one for each wheel. lazer 4 piece removal set works well for me, got it off amaon for less than £20 i think. The smaller ones work well on rounded off bolts. Just remember to get some replacement nuts first :D

    vehicle maintenance

I work on the principle of distrust every garage, i've known plenty of mechanics in plenty of garages round 'ere and wouldn't trust one of em to do a proper service and thats including main dealers. Might be worth ya while getting a haynes manual and giving it a read through, ya 'll learn a lot...

If i were you i'd stick a post up on here asking for some friedly feller near by to come and gi it a good going...

    Engine change/insurance

Tell em it's just been changed, depending on who ya insured wi it might cost ya more. Also probably worth checking the engine number on ya V5 matches that on ya engine incase the person who changed it didn't. If not there's a form as part of the V5 to send to DVLA to notify them of the change.
