Right im back... no king cabbed cummins 90 tonka truck yet... but i have bought the worlds most pikey bodged ex-mod 110... slowly putting it into a respectable condition on the cheap... so far ive removed the bodged 3" lift blocks and fitted bushes to the front axle... much better... also got...

i documented what id done mainly for my own enjoyment and so i didnt have to remember it all but im glad people have enjoyed what ive done and wanted to do similar conversions, i find it funny how a lot of wives are blaming me for lost husbands

I used a LRB381 Transit alternator with a vacuum pump attached, works reasonably well but still trying to work out the reason for my poor brakes, probably the 37" tall tyres though haha Id recommend a complete Daf 45 bud as they are cheap, the engine and boxes are vertically mounted to start with.

theres your issue... the centre passenger... once i removed them i was fine! lol i found feeding the wheel the only way to drive three up! My plan is king cab and flat floor move the passenger and drivers seats inboard an inch or two disco handbrake lever then mud rails under my recarros...

my local fabricator that does all of my work is more agricultral ;) my gearbox and engine mounts are made of 5-8mm plate haha mig welding ali? isnt that some sort of dark art? haha and well my TIG work is just horrendous lol

if i can find someone who does ali welding it could be an even neater job... drop the recess on the front edge of the truck cab rear and weld in the gap then grind smooth... its sounding more like a neater job already! lol
