recently got a horrible vibration when driving my defender. only occurs above 30mph when acceleration. calms down when cruising using low revs, and down hills. stops fully when the clutch is used when still moving over 30mph. any ideas of what could cause this?

basically when i first got my 90 i noticed what looked like sensors for an alarm system just behind the driver on the roof. always thought it was just a fake, as a deterrent or summit. also there is a small light on the dash, possibly a LED, like the light u have in other cars to show the alarm...

just applied for insurance from a company called quinn direct, and they wont insure me because the defender is a "high performance vehicle", what a joke. she just laughed at me when i told her it struggles to get over 90 lol such a joke, what joy a day of ringing around insurance companies :)
