Evening all , I'm going to replace the dohnut on my d1 very soon and I want to drive the rear wheels up on my little Ramps to give me some room underneath to work , when I un bolt and slide the prop back will I loose the hand brake or will it still work on the front prop? Cheers

I can sit and idle all day and the temp gauage won't climb but once I'm driving it will start to climb , if I open the hot air on full it will drop down some? Any ideas lads It's a 300 tdi 97

I'd like a winch for the disco but funds bit low so a bumper mounted will have to wait , what are the hand winches like are they better than nothing? Iv seen a 2t and a 4t on the evil bay would the 2t be man enough or would the 4t be a better option. Thanks

Iv got the XS model disco with the sticker type thing along the bottom of the doors , I'm not sure I like the sticker type thing so I'm wondering if anybody with the same model has removed there's and what's it like underneath? Last thing I want to do is yank it off and find load of rust...

Not sure if I'm imagining it but I'm nearly 100% certain my disco 300 tdi runs better on a full tank compared to a quarter full one or less , just seems to have more go with loaded tank? Maybe I'm imagining it but also wondering if it could be a symptom of fuel pump going or something else ...
