No unfortunately not it has drum brakes ,so an upgrade to discs and been quoted that the newer axles are stronger .

Thanks guys, yes the axle was removed from a Defender and A frame is included in the deal but unfortunately no calipers ,so will have to source calipers to match the axle .

Would a Rear Axle removed from a 2006 TD 5 be an easy swap onto my 1992 200TDI ?

Thanks rich ,it seems if they are still handed I have two for the same side ,so they can be put on upside down by mistake ?

Just received a pair off genuine Land Rover Defender 90 standard rear coil springs . I have noticed both have the same paint markings ,red,yellow,green are they not handed no more ?

I have a Defender 90 200TDI 1992 with drum brakes on the rear and wish to convert to discs on the rear . What are my options ,is there an axle that will fit straight on without any modification ,open to all suggestions as I am sure there is many . Cheers

I have been offered a Mayflower FAIREY Winch for my Defender ,I don't have any knowledge of these winches and have doubts if it would work on a Defender. Can someone give advise on Defenders and FAIREY winches ? Thanks

Just realised this diff doesn't have driveshafts or hubs so probably the shafts will be different and no doubt the hubs .

So it will fit / run ok and the radius arms are a different size ,so require to get TD 5 radius arms if available ?

Looking for advise ,I have a 1992 defender 90 200 TDI requiring a front axle . I have been offered a Front axle from a 2001 TD 5 are these axles interchangeable and would run ok ?

My door has jammed shut on my Defender 90 and cannot get it opened . Any suggestions how I can get the door opened . If I removed the hinges can door be lifted off ?

When I park my LR 90 half on the pavement and the otherside on the road ,oil seems to drip from the plastic hub cap .Can anyone tell me what seal has gone ?
