Thank you for your help again!!! It's sorted now, the wire, green/blue was cracked between door and the connector. A bit of soldering and everything is working as it should !!

And what about checking bcu itself? In RAVE there is a pin 16 about CDL door lock. I hope it's not that far and that complicated. I've got a spare bcu but I've heard it's a big job to swap them and re-connect everything.

Yes, that is new one, bought recently as a project to finish few things. I've got other one but v8, never had any issues with it so don't know the topic very well. The problem is sorted now, I've turned it off in Nanocom, works fine now :) Thank you for your help and time !!!

Just one more thing. Do I need to adapt/set anything after swapping the whole ignition exciter wire or is it plug & play? Obviously I will leave the old key mechanism barrel, just want to swap that black plastic with exciter wire, plugs and electronics.

I guess if the wire won't work I won't be able to start the car at all. I was just reading about passive immobiliser in Nanocom and it looks like it is that in my case.

Just checked and both keys have got yellow box, so they are original Disco 2 keys. Is there any way for NC to turn that option off ?

I think I have found the problem. It looks like the RF Receiver isn't working as it should. If I go to the front of the car, it doesn't won't to open it, but when I lift my hand up or get it closer to the sunroof it works. Is there any way to clean it or make it stronger or should I just replace it?

Yes, I have done it through Nanocom video from their website so the procedure is 100% right as I have checked it in another Disco 2. I have tried in every slot apart from the one that the original key is programmed cause I didn't want to delete it.
