Hi Folks, gonna spend some money on a disc td5 auto 2001, its due a service and have local inde guy going to do it, wht do i need she has done 77k, oil and filters done at 68k about 12mths ago. i guess air and oil filters(told there are two), diesel filter,box oil (what type) what else...

Hi did this tonight, real pig to get to bottom clip, now worried that when top right hand hose was pulled off bright green water (coolant) came out. Overflow bottle has clearish water in it not green at all. Took bottom hose off and pushed hose pipe in both ends of rad, no gunk or crap ran clear...

Yep seems fairly common problem mine used to do it too, i just switched off for 5 mins and all was well, hasn`t done it for a few months (touch wood)

I thought fuel pump was at back under wheel arch? yes this does sound like a high pitch` bee` noise when you turn the key but dont turn her over. This wurring is definately by my right knee (right hand drive car) somewhere.

Have Air con fitted, I have the heater on econ so air con not working ? Someone will correct me I`m sure. Does the air con work all the time or just when on auto?

Hi Folks, My Td5 Auto 2001 has developed a wurring noise when I first turn the key before firing up. It seems to come from down by the ignition area behind the dash somewhere. After starting it is still there. Any ideas? Thanks
