Try Googling 'aluminium sheet stockists scotland'. Plenty come up that you could try contacting.
Even worth trying ebay, although that might be pricey if you're in an area where they won't do free delivery.

Or look for metal fabricators near you. Couple near me (Leicester) I use for various bits of metal & if it's leftover from jobs then it's usually a few £ for the tea fund.

Metals4U will supply it. Google them.
They are in the English Midlands somewhere, can't remember where, and will deliver via courier. Only snag will be that for a single piece of metal, the cost of delivery might be more than the item. So if you could make up a decent order, you might save some money overall.

Are you looking for plain Aluminium sheet? Might be worth looking at chequer plate as I think this is slightly harder as it's designed to be load bearing. If you want it smooth you can fit it upside down.

I don't think 'non slip' is the same as 'load bearing'.
Given that the bed is supported by bracing underneath the only thing the actual floor does is fill in the gaps between the crossmembers.
I've got some 2mm aircraft spec ally on YFO866 because that was the biggest sheet i'd got in my garage. It scared my mate to death when he went to bend up the front and sides as the grade used was not bendable to 90 degrees. As he bent it it sheared along the bend line with a very loud bang and he thought he'd broken the press brake 'doing a foreigner'.
