I have put a new battery in the key fob thingie for my 2002 LR Disc. TD5. It won't work. If I open the car using the key slot on the door then the alarm goes off. If I lock myself in the alarm stops. But when I put the key into the ignition off goes the alarm again ! Is it possible to completely eliminate the alarm system. If anyone wants to pinch the car they are welcome....
